Welcome to The Comfort Paw Co Ltd. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Comfort Paw Co Ltd. We operate this online store and website, including all related information, content, products and services.
By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Our Products
We offer a selection of products for dogs and cats, including toys, treats, accessories, enrichment products, pet care items and selected supplements.
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are accurate. However, packaging, colours and presentation may vary slightly from the images displayed.
Please read product descriptions and manufacturer instructions carefully before purchasing or using a product.
3. Product Safety and Pet Welfare
Your pet's safety and wellbeing are important to us.
Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Please supervise pets when introducing toys, treats and enrichment products.
Pet supplements and calming products are not substitutes for veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a veterinary professional if you have concerns about your pet's health, medication or suitability of a product.
We cannot guarantee that any product will produce a particular behavioural or health outcome.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights if a product is faulty, unsafe or not as described.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices will be displayed on our website in the applicable currency. Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown as required before you complete your purchase.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors and will contact you if an error affects your order.
We will not charge you for optional extras unless you have agreed to them.
5. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, such as an item being unavailable, a suspected fraudulent transaction or a genuine pricing error. If payment has been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
We will contact you if we need to make you aware of a problem with your order.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes stated on our website.
Delivery options, estimated delivery times and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
If an item is delayed or unavailable, we will communicate with you where reasonably possible.
We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated, subject to applicable law.
Please see our separate Shipping Policy for further details.
7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Customers purchasing online generally have a legal right to cancel most goods orders within 14 days of receiving their goods, followed by a further 14 days to return them after notifying us of cancellation.
Some exceptions apply, including certain sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Any applicable exception will be explained in accordance with the law.
Where a customer is responsible for return postage following a change-of-mind cancellation, this will be explained before purchase as required.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products remain subject to your statutory rights.
Please consult our Returns & Refunds Policy for instructions on requesting a cancellation, return or refund.
8. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts or promotional codes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes must be used in accordance with their advertised terms, including any expiry date, eligibility criteria or minimum spend.
We will make promotional conditions clear and will not use promotions in a misleading manner.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use it for unlawful purposes.
We may update, suspend or modify website features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or business operations.
We will take reasonable care to maintain the availability and accuracy of our website, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
10. Intellectual Property
Our branding, logos, photographs, written content and other original website materials are owned by us or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.
You must not reproduce or commercially use these materials without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, delivery providers and external websites.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the independent operation of external websites, although this does not affect any legal responsibilities we have to you.
12. Liability and Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
We do not exclude or limit your statutory consumer rights, including your rights concerning goods that are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where required, or as described.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by a customer's failure to follow clear product instructions or by misuse of a product, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Privacy and Personal Information
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle customer information, orders and website interactions.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when necessary to reflect changes to our business, website or legal obligations.
The latest version will be published on this page. Changes will not remove rights that customers already have under applicable law.
15. Governing Law
